1.What information do you collect?
COC CONFORMITY LTD protects your privacy and keeps the information you submit secure. In order to be able to provide our services, we need to know some basic information about you. When placing an order, it is necessary to provide us with the following information:
- full name and address (shipping address as well as billing address, if they are not the same).
- your e-mail address and telephone number (these are used to identify you in the system and to communicate with you, inform you about the status of your order,...).
- if you are buying as a company, in addition: business name, registration number, and VAT number (for invoicing, accounting, and administrative purposes).
- details about the vehicle you are ordering a certificate for (VIN, year of first registration and more, depending on the make).
- in several cases, we might need you to enclose documents that are requested by our suppliers - copy of your ID, copy of the certificate of registration, or other document related to your vehicle.
We recommend our clients to register in case they want to order further Certificates of Conformity in the future. Setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you would like to order a CoC. Your personal data and other settings can be changed at any time via e-mail or in the “Data change“ section after signing into your account. If you wish to cancel your registration, send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org Your account and all of your personally identifiable information will be placed in "deactivated" status in the databases. However, deactivation does not mean your personal data has been deleted from our database entirely. We will retain and use it as necessary in order to comply with legal obligations and our internal processes.
We also receive and store the information you give us through email, chat, or telephone communications with our customer service department. If you contact us for support, we will keep an internal record of what support was given.

2.How do you use the data you have collected?

The payment by credit /debit card takes place directly on the webpage of the bank, which ensures maximum data protection. The data filled in regarding your credit or debit card are handled exclusively by the bank and we have no contact with them whatsoever. Your credit or debit card payment page of our partner banks will ask you to enter your card number, expiration date, and 3-digit CVV/CVC code that is printed on the back of your card.
